In your application you may state a preference for which session you would like to attend, however your request cannot be guaranteed.
Each group will perform a maximum of 25 minute programme of music in the Aurora Centre Auditorium; they will then participate in a workshop, led by one of the adjudicators, in which they will work on elements identified for development in their performance.

Your application will be acknowledged on receipt and an invoice for the entry fee of $200 per ensemble will be generated. Only when your entry fee payment is received can your entry into the festival be confirmed.
Further updates and important information about the festival will be posted on the website and sent by email to the registered staff member responsible for each orchestra.
Closer to the time of the festival you will need to submit programme details and a stage plan for your group's layout. Photocopies of scores for the adjudicators’ use will need to be produced on the day.

Please collect your scores at the conclusion of your workshop.
